1. Where We Ship
USAPEP ships to addresses in the United States, Puerto Rico, and Canada.
2. Processing Time
Orders placed and paid before 12:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, ship the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day.
3. Carrier & Tracking
All orders ship via UPS. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. Shipping rates are shown at checkout, and delivery time depends on your destination.
4. Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address. Contact us right away if you need to correct an address before your order ships.
5. Damaged, Incorrect, or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days as described in our Refund & Returns Policy.
