Shipping Disclaimer

All USAPEP orders are shipped with UPS and include insurance coverage for packages
that are lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit. Orders totaling more than $200
are eligible for complimentary 2–3 day shipping.

Once a shipment is accepted by UPS, delivery timing is managed by the carrier and
cannot be guaranteed by USAPEP Research. While most orders are delivered within
2–5 business days, transit delays may occur due to weather, holidays, weekend
processing pauses, increased carrier volume, or other conditions beyond our control.

Our research materials are packaged in protective boxes to help safeguard vials
from sunlight exposure and temperature changes during transit. Because lyophilized,
or freeze-dried, research peptides are formulated for stability and can withstand
elevated temperatures for extended periods, cold packs are not used in our shipments.
